Preparing for the High Holy Days: Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur

Category :: Community
COME FOR THE HOLIDAYS!
STAY ALL YEAR!
East End Temple is a Reform downtown congregation large enough to include a diverse membership, and small enough to extend a warm welcome. We believe in living meaningful lives in a Jewish way. Attend a Shabbat service any Friday at 6:15 pm in our beautiful brownstone on 17th Street.

Preparing for the holidays: On Saturday, September 4th at 7:30 pm our 90-minute Havdalah and Slichot service will be followed by a dessert reception. Hear the shofar for the first time this season. All are welcome.

Give your children the gift of a Jewish education by enrolling them in EET’s Religious School, with classes for grades pre-K through 10th. Enrollment is now open.
There will be a Religious School Ice Cream Social open house for kids, parents, and any friends of EET on Tuesday, September 7, 4:30 to 6:00 pm.

Not sure about membership? Starting August 16, High Holy Day tickets will be available for purchase by non-members until we reach seating capacity. The cost of tickets will be applied to membership dues if you join by December 31.

We're eager to mEET you!
